Arcadian House Venue Styling “Event Meets Interior Design” As with all venue styling, Arcadian House can provide chair cover hire with decorative sashes which we deliver and fit, providing a uniform backdrop to your event scheme. As you might expect from an interior design company, we also offer much more! Backdrops, lighting, props and accessories - give us your brief and we will endeavor to deliver something quite special. Themed parties, weddings, anniversary or birthday celebrations - whatever the occasion, personal or corporate, we will take your brief and transform your venue. We can also provide little extras such as goody bags for children and adults, toiletry baskets for the loos, floristry services for displays and gifts, sweet shop display, cup cake gifts/displays and celebration cakes; even giant garden games such as Jenga or Connect Four to keep the little ones amused. Our Prices plus Terms & Conditions: Prices vary on size of venue and type of event. A written quotation will be given based on an individual event.
1.	All equipment remains the property of the Owner, Arcadian House Ltd.

2.	During the hire period the Hirer shall be solely responsible for the hired items and shall be responsible for the goods from time of acceptance of goods until return and acceptance of goods back into the possession of the Owner.

3.	The Owner shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property howsoever sustained arising from any goods under hire.

4.	A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable, in addition to the hire charges, in the form of a cheque. This is taken as insurance and will be returned on satisfactory inspection of the hired goods. This is payable with the final balance 4 weeks prior to the event. It will be refunded within 7 days after the wedding / event upon satisfactory inspection of the covers/sashes and decorative accessories by The Owner.

5.	Shortages and damages to hired goods will be charged at their full replacement value - £15.00 per chair cover and £5.00 per sash. The Hirer may request in writing the return (and bear the cost thereof) of any damaged goods within 14 days of the Hirer being informed in writing of any such damage. Otherwise the said items will be disposed of.

6.	Goods must be available for collection at the delivery address unless otherwise arranged. All deliveries and collections including aborted deliveries and collections will be charged for.

7.	Prices quoted are for one day's hire only, apart from day of delivery and collection. Subsequent days will be charged at a daily rate unless a special agreement has been arranged prior to the event between the Owner and the Hirer.

8.	Wet chair covers must not be placed in plastic bags as it may cause additional damage and will then be chargeable at the full replacement cost.

9.	In the event of cancelled bookings your £50.00 deposit will not be refunded and will be taken as a cancellation fee.

10.	Final payment is required in full 4 weeks prior to the event. If payment is not received by this time the Owner will assume the service is no longer required and the booking will be automatically cancelled unless prior agreement with the Owner has been made.

11.	Total quantity requirements must be advised no later than 4 weeks prior to event when final balance is due.

12.	The Owner reserves the right to use any photography of events for promotional purposes unless otherwise advised by the Hirer.

13.	The Owner will not be responsible for moving or rearranging furniture at any venue. Chairs should be positioned prior to chair cover set up.

14.	It is the Hirer's responsibility to ensure that the venue do not intend to change their chairs at any point prior to the booking.
